You don't need fixing. You need space to be your Unruly Self.
If you’ve been trying to make your wild, brilliant, unconventional self fit into a world built for rule-followers, you’re not broken — you’re just tired of pretending.
Let’s get you some relief.
When you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck
You’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books. You’ve tried to color inside the lines — but the lines weren’t drawn for your kind of brain.
You are an Unruly.
You feel everything. You see everything. You care about everyone.
And when you can’t express that truth fully, it hurts.
You might be here because you’re…
- Spinning your wheels trying to organize a life that doesn’t fit inside a planner
- Trying to create supportive systems for ADHD, autistic, or burnout brains
- Recovering from caretaking, overgiving, or “doing it all”
- Searching for belonging as a creative, queer, or neurodivergent human in a world that prefers tidy boxes
What you want most?
What you want most isn’t another strategy or self-improvement plan.
You want relief.
You want direction.
You want a sense that your way of being actually works.
That’s what we’ll create — together.
Meet Christy, The Unruly Woman
Hi, I’m Christy Diane Farr.
For 18 years, I’ve helped Unrulies — neurodivergent, creative, compassionate humans — build lives that fit their truth instead of squeezing into someone else’s mold.
I’m not here to diagnose or discipline you. I’m here to walk beside you as you travel lightly — shedding the expectations, clutter, and shame that keep you small.
Degrees and credentials? Sure.
But what really qualifies me is my own journey through chaos, caregiving, and the slow, holy work of coming home to myself.
If you’re craving relief and truth — not platitudes — you’re in the right place.
What it's like to work with Christy
Unruly work is not about being productive, polite, or perfect.
It’s about building a life that feels like home.
Working with Christy doesn’t feel clinical or scripted. It feels human, grounded, and unexpectedly relieving — like finally being met where you actually are.
In sessions, you can expect:
Equal parts depth and practicality — one question that cuts straight through the chaos
Laughter, swearing, and the occasional cosmic truth bomb
Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming support
A fully custom approach, shaped around you, not the system that failed you
“Self-love becomes possible through self-discovery and self-acceptance. We have to figure out who we are, what we ache for, and we have to pursue it.”

Real experiences from Unrulies
If you’re ready for support
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Private sessions with Christy offer space to slow down, untangle what’s heavy, and get clear about what needs care right now. There’s no pressure to perform or arrive with a perfectly formed problem, just a willingness to begin.
This work doesn’t only happen in sessions
For many Unrulies, the places that feel most overwhelming aren’t just internal, they’re physical.
Your home.
Your space.
The systems that never quite work.
That’s where Unruly Spaces comes in.
Unruly Spaces
Unruly Spaces is an extension of the same philosophy that guides Christy’s 1:1 work, applied to your environment and everyday life.
It’s for when your space feels heavy, chaotic, or impossible to manage, and you want support that doesn’t rely on shame, rigid rules, or forcing yourself to function differently than you actually do.
Inside Unruly Spaces, you’ll find:
- Self-paced courses to help you clear clutter and rebuild your space with intention
- Ongoing membership support for organizing, maintaining, and adapting your systems
- Practical tools designed to work with your energy, capacity, and real life
You don’t need to fix your space.
You need support that works with you.
Unruly Spaces can stand on its own — or pair beautifully with private sessions.
However you choose to begin
