is a virtual as-needed community event where Unrulies release what no longer feels true for them. Use this form to deposit what you’d like to release. All anonymous submissions will be read aloud while being released into the fire. Please remember that the community will witness these, so leave out any identifying details if anonymity is important to you. Submit a single item or list. Repeat as needed.

is a safe way to shine light on the dark secrets that keep us stuck. Use this to speak the unspeakable, anonymously let some steam off, and unload that which you simply can’t bear to share anywhere else. Trust me, it helps.
