Codependency sucks
It sucks passion out of romance, pleasure out of friendship, and unity out of families.
It sucks power out of advocacy, hope out of health, and peace out of spirits.
It sucks energy out of our bodies and the potential out of any given day.
Codependency sucks the life out of us and it doesn’t have to be this way.
It’s time to reclaim our time, energy, and feelings, and stop living in reaction to others.
Crash Course: Codependency is a 3-week group experience for those who are ready to understand, identify, and begin (or continue) to release codependency from their own lives. We will dig into the past—the ways we learned to respond to trauma, chaos, and heartbreak—in order to release this toxic, learned behavior and take back our lives.
Our agenda is simple:
1. What is codependency?
2. How does it manifest in my life?
3. What can I do about it?
RELIEF is the big takeaway from this group work. You’ll interrupt the automation of old patterns that no longer work for you, retract the ways you’ve overextended yourself, and reconnect with your voice. This is a powerful foundation for a lifelong recovery journey. This is the way to push back against the chaos, overwhelm, and exhaustion of codependency. This is how you save yourself.

Codependency sucks and it doesn’t have to be this way. Join us for Crash Course: Codependency.
When: April 5 - April 25
Cost: $249, plus discounted private sessions for additional support or it’s included if you register for the Deep Dive: Codependency
Note: This will be a powerful experience so hold some space in your calendar during these three weeks.
We will have group calls.
We will have group calls on Saturdays at 11:00 am Central and Wednesdays at 8:00 pm Central. Calls will be recorded but shared only pending attendee approval. Please plan to attend live when possible.
We will have journaling prompts.
Much is already written on codependency and we will utilize that supplemental material (which I will provide). It’s going to be a study and the journaling prompts help integrate this information. They are powerful. Expect to make space for these three times each week.
We will have a private Facebook group.
Plan to participate in this temporary space. This is where you’ll receive the journaling prompts, call reminders, support from me, and links to supplemental materials. It will be archived two months after we conclude and deleted in the Spring.
This is a virtual small group. You can be wherever you are.
This is a guided experience, but (aside from the scheduled group calls) it is quite flexible from day to day. Check-in when you have space. Participate when you make space for your healing process.
